Story Behind The Photo:
This piece took a lot to come together, mainly because it felt so simple. Atlas it was its simple nature that captures the essence of the soul. Defined by the direction of a lady flamingo represented by a purple body, blue spirally hair, and a orange and white tipped beak against the orange background. She declares the present of showing what uniqueness is defined by, being yourself.
It is clear her face blends into the background because sometimes you don’t need to be in someone’s face to still make your mark. Her statemental hair and body do proud justice that bold simplicity can be a humbling grounded presence.
Meaning Behind Tiered Pricing:
I created 3 price range levels that work with all sizes offered of my prints. Basically, it is my way of upgrading the idea of a donation with the added bonus of getting a piece of original art as a print! The number in brackets represents the personal profit I would be making from the smallest size to the largest size.
I have also included a donation option as separate to the art for those who are interested in supporting my dream but not purchasing art, which allows for more amount options of contribution that would go directly to me personally (except for the credit card transaction percentage). There is this challenge nowadays of knowing just how much and where your money is actually going. With that, I wanted to create transparency in the way I do business.
